It’s just that he doesn’t want us to clock what’s going on. They are asking hospital departments to see what they can cut across the hospital. So while he tells us that there is a healthy balance, on the other hand he is slashing back staff and hospital services. And making life very uncomfortable for many of his staff – from CEO downwards….
